Valuations

Valuations are usually required for a variety of purposes including property acquisition, company accounts, divorce, council tax purposes, disposal or loan purposes. As chartered surveyors we are obliged to comply with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual, which is also a requirement for institutional clients as a condition of instruction.

Over the years we have provided valuations for a whole range of style and types of property, including retail units, office buildings, industrial units, hotels and guest houses and property investments.

Our chartered surveyors draw on extensive comparable information obtained from their expert local market knowledge built up over a considerable period of time.

We are recognised panel valuers for the majority of leading secured lending sources.
