Our specialist surveyors are able to prepare Schedules of Condition for attachment to leases, and Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of both the landlords and tenants. We have two chartered surveyors who are specifically trained and qualified to provide both residential and commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). The purpose of an EPC is to record the energy efficiency of premises and the aim is to enable prospective owners, buyers and tenants to use the information to consider energy efficiency and fuel costs as part of their investment. An EPC assessment is now a legal requirement for commercial properties of most types.
